From rudeness at check-in to the lack of basic cleanliness, my stay was disappointing. With unhelpful staff and neglected amenities, the experience was far from enjoyable. Dimly lit surroundings and unclear safety protocols only added to my discomfort. This hotel has potential, but significant improvements are needed to earn customer satisfaction.

Had an absolute blast! The indoor heated pool was such a treat after a long day-perfect for winding down. Plus, the free hot breakfast gave us the energy we needed to kickstart our adventures each day!

The stay was really disappointing due to a filthy room and unhelpful staff. The pool was unusable, but Gloria was incredibly helpful and did her best to assist us. Never again!

I had a fantastic stay with friendly staff and a clean room, both of which made my weekend city strolls even more enjoyable as I explored the beautiful Centennial Lakes Park and the dining options just a short walk away at Bloomington ChopHouse.

my family and i had a great stay at best western. we loved the indoor pool, perfect for relaxing. the constant fan feature in our room was fantastic for blocking out noise. i have to mention christine at the front desk, who helped us tremendously with our reservation issue. the hotel is in a great location too!

I enjoyed my stay with a cozy room and the convenience of a nearby Denny's for meals, perfect after a long day. The location is close to the highway, making it easy to access nearby attractions like the Mall of America. However, I found the breakfast offerings could use some improvement, as the quality was not up to par with what I expected.

The service was decent at least, but I had a nice moment at breakfast when I finally got some hot food, although it took longer than expected. The king suite we had was well laid out and comfortable, perfect for my wife and me to relax after a long day, I just wish the breakfast was more consistent.
